1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us and the information generated when you use the service. This may include:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Content and metadata you create or save, including draft text, hashtags, media references, selected platforms, queue data, and scheduling details.
- Support messages, feedback, and communications you send to us.
- Technical information that may be logged by our hosting provider or systems, such as IP address, browser type, request timestamps, device information, and error data.
If we add third-party publishing connections in the future, we may collect tokens or identifiers needed to publish content you authorize. We will update this policy before enabling such features.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and secure the service, authenticate your account, save and display drafts and schedules, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your content for advertising purposes.
3. How we share information
We may share information only as necessary to operate the service, including with hosting and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, with third-party platforms when you direct us to publish content there, with legal authorities when required by law, and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not rent or sell personal information for money.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Post-It uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and help protect your account. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any required choices or notices.
5. Data retention and security
We retain account and content information for as long as your account remains active, as needed to provide the service, to resolve disputes, to meet legal obligations, and to maintain security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and protect your credentials.
6. Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting Hamilton@ham-x.online. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, or appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
